Qualifications - NOA Pathway

The NOA is committed to promoting best practice within the outsourcing industry and is proud to be raising standards by establishing an industry-wide benchmark for quality in outsourcing.

The NOA believes professional development to be of paramount importance to the outsourcing industry. Professional development drives up standards and improves the success rate of projects.

Recognising the demand from its members for establishing a benchmark for best practice in outsourcing, the NOA is proud to be the only UK entity to offer professional outsourcing qualifications through its training arm, NOA Pathway. There are different qualifications and entry points available, to ensure that every outsourcing professional is catered for. Across all levels, the emphasis is placed firmly on cementing knowledge from day-to-day work experience, sharing best practice and learning from and with others. This is complemented by insight and best practice from the NOA Lifecycle.

This work-based learning is complemented by workshops and is accredited by Middlesex University, which boasts outstanding academic credentials and has received a number of awards including the Queen’s Anniversary Prize for work-based learning. Programme materials are available online, allowing individuals the freedom to study at their own pace, alongside their work commitments. NOA Pathway also offers a range of professional development programmes in addition to the qualifications.
