Andy Rogers is an IT professional of twenty five years, having worked in the utility sector holding a number of positions. These have included key operational and project roles.
Andy has been involved in a number of outsourcing deals, holding roles from due diligence, transition and transformation. Andy’s key focus within the NOA is to promote best practice to the end-user community.

Heather Rodgers heads up the Procurement and Supplier Management directorate in Centrica which is the leading UK utilities company recognised as British/Scottish Gas, and also has a global presence in US/Canada and Europe .The very diverse global footprint covers all aspects of goods and services (excluding gas and electricity) including complex supply chains, ITO and BPO outsourcing/off shoring journey
Heather has 30 years of experience across both the upstream and downstream businesses has involved telecoms, automobile arenas as well as IT, leading teams within the business for key services and working with B2B teams to ensure they have sustainable supply chains as well as supporting acquisitions and divestments.
As End User representative for NOA she have been at the heart of driving a transformation journey and can share experiences of shaping business strategy focussing on customer experience, people agenda for skills for modern world, technology journey, SRM and leverage of global partnerships/synergies via strong governance. The focus is return on investment and value for the group as a whole.
As a winner of two NOA awards for Corporate responsibility and Responsible Procurement Heather knows the importance of sharing best practice.
Previous board experience includes an international board (International Association of Contract and Commercial Management) for two years.
Heather has achieved the Fellowship of IACCM, Member of the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Personnel Management and has a degree in history from Birmingham University.

From 2008-2011, Michael was BBC Project Director and Head of Business & Partnerships for Marketing, Communications and Audiences, responsible for £100m projects and co-founder and international board-director for CCA-Global, the UK based Customer Contact Association.
Currently, a BBC Executive Coach, Board Director for the National Outsourcing Association responsible for Communications and Offshoring, and co-founder of Coach First International, an innovative coaching/management consultancy. Michael is also an adviser to the Corporate Responsibility Group.
Before joining BBC Radio in 1994, Michael worked as a lawyer and had set up Sound Advice on BBC Radio 5, wrote a couple of books and launched The Adviser legal magazine. He established the BBC’s first contact centre and later took a BBC sponsored MBA, specialising in negotiation, loyalty and globalization, co-producing one of the first reports and films on offshoring, ‘The Call for India’.
In November Michael will be will be speaking at the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Leaders Expo in China. He is a member of the Royal Geographical Society in London and recently spent time in a wildlife reserve in South Africa and later travelled to remote areas of Ethiopia. However nowadays, travel is as likely to be on bicycle in London or cycling along river tow-paths in South West England.

Felicia is a technologist, an outsourcing specialist, and a management consultant with over 13 years experience working internationally across an array of blue chip organisations.
Since late 2006, she has worked in Deloitte’s Technology Integration Consulting practice, where she is a senior member of the outsourcing, off-shoring and procurement function, leading teams advising on some of the most successful and leading-edge outsourcing deals of recent years. Her current area of focus is the commercial restructuring and renegotiation of outsourcing contracts to deliver significant cost savings for her clients. In addition, Felicia leads Deloitte’s Consulting Community Investment Programme, and has provided pro bono outsourcing advisory and mentoring to charities such as Help for Heroes and the Prince’s Trust. Her commercial client base includes well-known industry players including Barclays, National Australia Group, Co-op Financial Services, Lloyd’s market, Jacques Vert, Northcliffe and Associated Media, and the London Borough of Enfield.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Felicia spent five years working for Microsoft’s Global Outsourcing Team in both the UK and US, where she was a Senior Manager in the Microsoft Global Outsourcing team, and was responsible for outsourcing and offshoring Western European technical support and development services, the contractual and business relationship with European outsourcing vendors, and supporting the development Microsoft’s European call centre outsourcing and offshoring strategy. Prior to moving to the UK in 2005, she was based out of the United States where she procured call centre, supply chain and financial services for Microsoft’s North American operations team. During this time she managed a global supplier base delivering services exceeding USD$30 million/year, and received a patent award for co-developing the original Xbox supply chain system. Until late 2002, Felicia worked for Andersen Consulting’s (now Accenture’s) Communications and High Tech practice in the US and her home country of Australia.
Felicia holds an Economics Degree from the Australian National University and was recently awarded the 2010 “Women in the City – Future Leader’s Award”.

Dr Vagadia is a Board Director of the National Outsourcing Association. He is also CEO of Op2i – a niche business improvement firm specialising in outsourcing (http://www.Op2i.com), the founder of a software-as-a-service decision support tool (http://www.governancedirector.com), and an advisor to the International Telecommunications Union on policy and regulatory matters.
Bharat has been involved in ICT and Managed Services for over 12 years, and has advised governments, regulatory authorities, and businesses in UK, Western and Eastern Europe, Kenya, Bahrain, Jordan, KSA, Egypt, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, the UAE and India.
Bharat has worked extensively with organisations, large and small, on strategy, financing, marketing, business process management, SLA development and more generally, outsourcing.
He published in August 2007, a book through Springer: “Outsourcing to India – a Legal Handbook”, which offers concise, digestible and relevant legal advice to help ensure an outsourcing deal delivers on its promise, offering practical advice for organisations on mechanisms to reduce outsourcing risk. The International Law and Management Review Journal commented: “Outsourcing to India: A Legal Handbook is a welcome addition to the library of books on outsourcing to India. The book contains information useful to the attorney drafting instruments to be used between a service provider and an outsourcer, and information for the person working on the business side of the outsourcing relationship. This book is a solid resource for any professional new to outsourcing because it focuses only on relevant information and concerns both lawyers and business professionals alike”.
Bharat has a PhD researching the interplay of legal contracts and trust in outsourcing relationships. He has been awarded an LLM in Commercial Law, an MBA from Imperial Business School, a 1st Class (Hons) in Engineering from King’s College London, and a CIM Diploma in Marketing.

As the director responsible for individual professional development, Yvonne has led the three-year planning and development phase on the recently launched training programme for the NOA. The key challenge for this project was to deliver a programme that suited all members’ requirements, reflected best practice in outsourcing and offered an accredited qualification.
Yvonne has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and specialises in Human Talent Management and Acquisition. Yvonne has worked for a number of industry leaders and owned her own executive search firm.
Highly experienced in technology, telecoms, outsourcing, professional services and finance, Yvonne has worked across most disciplines and recruited to CEO level and for board appointments. She has extensive experience of helping organisations to plan and manage their human capital resources; a vital component to the success of an outsourcing programme.
An accredited fellow of the Independent Institute for Business, Yvonne has also stood for parliament, and served as a County Councillor in Surrey.
