The use of analytics and business intelligence is set to be an increasing trend throughout 2012 due to their ability to build on a strong foundation of high-quality data and pinpoint the source of greatest demand.

The recent worldwide Gartner CIO survey, compiled from 2,335 CIOs, ranks analytics and business technology as the number one technology for 2012 as CIOs are combining analytics with other technologies to create new capabilities. Savvy CIOs are combining analytics plus supply chain for process management and improvement, analytics plus memory for field sales and operations, and analytics plus social for customer engagement and acquisition.

This event aims to explore how organisations are deploying and using analytics and business intelligence to help strengthen the customer experience, streamline processes and ultimately bring in more business.

Further details on this event will be sent out in due course.

Successful case studies in Business Process Outsourcing
Time:

1pm - 5pm
Wednesday 14th March
Format: Half day seminar finishing with networking drinks
Venue: Manchester, exact location TBC
Sponsor:

In the early days, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) usually consisted of particular outsourcing processes such as payroll. It has now grown to encompass a number of functions that are considered ‘non-core’ to the primary business strategy.

BPO contract counts are up to an all-time high and last year, the majority of BPO functions met or exceeded their five-year TCV averages with contract centers, multi-process and industry-specific functions leading the way.

This event will focus on sharing best practice through the presentation of some of the most recent and successful BPO case studies.
