The NOA’s mission for 2009 is to be The Centre of Excellence in Outsourcing.
We aim to achieve this through the delivery of three central pillars of activity for our members:
Education – through the delivery of events, information and training, we aim to inform and educate our members on all aspects of outsourcing processes, issues and trends
Excellence – we deliver a range of offerings to develop, showcase and reward excellence in outsourcing
Collaboration – collaboration is central to outsourcing success. We deliver a programme of events and activities to enable our members to network, meet and share ideas, for growth and to further drive the industry forward
