NOA Pathway is the training arm of the NOA, provided to the NOA as an outsource service by True North, a well established training provider. It is the only UK entity to provide fully accredited professional development to the UK’s outsourcing industry. NOA Pathway offers a programme of both qualifications and training courses, focused on ensuring industry commitment to delivering best practice.
Accredited by Middlesex University, NOA’s qualifications include the industry’s first certificate, advanced certificate and diploma in outsourcing.
NOA’s training programme boasts a wide range of training courses accommodating all levels of experience for outsourcing professionals. Developed for its members, on demand from its members, the programme is based on the NOA’s open source best practice BOOK (Body of Outsourcing Knowledge)
