Recognising the demand from its members for establishing a benchmark for best practice in outsourcing, the NOA is proud to be the only UK entity to offer professional outsourcing qualifications which are fully accredited by Middlesex University, through its training arm NOA Pathway.
There are a number of awards available to ensure that the wide range of needs within the outsourcing sector are catered for.
The Professional Certificate series of programmes is organised into a number of progressive awards that allow those in outsourcing roles to progress as far as their needs dictate. Once they have completed an element of the Professional Certificate they can step off the programme until such time as they want to develop their knowledge and skills further.
