NOA Professional Certificate (Cert.NOA)

The NOA Professional Certificate is an undergraduate level programme that will provide a sound foundation for the outsourcing professional. This is ideal for those who want to validate their professional competence by achieving an accredited professional qualification and who want to develop their outsourcing knowledge and skills. This programme is for those new to outsourcing or who have/are working at one particular stage of the outsourcing Lifecycle (e.g. Managing Service) and want to develop their appreciation of the full outsourcing Lifecycle.
