NOA Foundation Certificate

The NOA Foundation Certificate is designed to be taken after students have completed the Foundations of Outsourcing group workshops.

The Foundations of Outsourcing programme is a series of four non-consecutive in-house workshops designed to train groups of up to 12 outsourcing professionals to meet the outsourcing needs of the business. Participants then have the option to submit an assessed piece of work to certify their learning across the workshops and received a Foundation Certificate in Outsourcing.

NOA Professional Certificate (Cert.NOA)

The NOA Professional Certificate is an undergraduate level programme that will provide a sound foundation for the outsourcing professional. This is ideal for those who want to validate their professional competence by achieving an accredited professional qualification and who want to develop their outsourcing knowledge and skills.

This programme is for those who are working at one particular stage of the outsourcing Lifecycle (e.g. Managing Service) and want to develop their appreciation of the full outsourcing Lifecycle. Completion of this programme results in a Level 4 qualification CertNOA, accredited by Middlesex University.
