NOAC – NOA Professional Certificate
The NOAC is an undergraduate level programme that will provide a sound foundation for the outsourcing professional. This is ideal for those who want to validate their professional competence by achieving an accredited professional qualification and who want to develop their outsourcing knowledge and skills. This programme is for those new to outsourcing or who have/are working at one particular stage of the outsourcing Lifecycle (e.g. Managing Service) and want to develop their appreciation of the full outsourcing Lifecycle. NOAAPC – NOA Advanced Professional Certificate
This programme is for those professionals who have successfully completed the NOAC and now want to develop their careers to the next level. The learning focus is on in depth reflection and developing beyond the student’s own learning, to take in the behaviour and learning of others. This is an important development in professional competence and will position people into a leadership role.
