The Diploma differs significantly from the NOAC and NOAAPC certificates, as it is a masters (M) level programme. Participants are not provided with taught input but are required to research for themselves particular areas within the outsourcing domain. Participants will need to demonstrate that they are able to undertake in-depth research, to reflect critically on their experiences, their behaviours and the behaviours of others and to develop insightful analysis. It is expected that participants who undertake the Diploma programme have at least five years experience within the outsourcing sector and are currently working in an outsourcing role. NOA Pathway has a range of qualifications available, with different entry points to accommodate the full range of backgrounds, experience and ability.
