For those who are new to outsourcing or have basic experience and want to develop their appreciation of the full outsourcing life cycle. This standalone module is ideal for those new to the profession, as it will provide an understanding for the principles of outsourcing.
Both UK-based and international professionals can complete this course and successful students will receive 20 learning credits to put towards further study.
