For the individual:

Outsourcing professionals looking to continue their professional development can choose from a range of programmes, built around the NOA Lifecycle and current best practice. Whether you want to increase your understanding of a particular area of outsourcing, develop your skills further or share best practice with industry peers, the training programmes offer something for everyone. Whatever your need, ability or level of experience, NOA Pathway provides opportunities for continued professional development.

Delivered via web-based learning and workshops, NOA Pathway provides university accredited professional development, to increase expertise, confidence and knowledge.  Each module offers industry best practice and experience and will enhance the skill-set of todays outsourcing professionals.

Students are awarded learning credits from Middlesex University which can be used to obtain exemptions on other university programmes.

For the Public Sector:

The National Outsourcing Association is proud to announce the NOA Public Sector Skills Academy, which offers a series of workshops aimed at nurturing a new breed of commercially astute, sourcing savvy civil servants. The Academy addresses the need to boost skills and knowledge in the key post-G4S hot topics: governance, performance management and relationship management. A combination of one-day workshops and takeaway ‘action learning’ build into university-accredited qualifications. All workshops are tailored to the requirements of civil servants working on outsourcing contracts. Delivered by NOA Pathway, workshops will initially take place in London and costs start at £295 per delegate.
