As the outsourcing industry’s professional body, we aim to provide a breadth and depth of services to aid our members to excel in all areas of outsourcing.
Our focus is on:
• delivering education, through professional development, seminars and information
• promoting excellence and rewarding best practice through case studies, white papers and awards
• encouraging and facilitating collaboration through steering committees, networking opportunities and social media
