Steering Committees

We have a number of steering committees/special interest groups which meet regularly to address or promote specific issues or areas in outsourcing. Again, these are run by our members, though facilitated by the NOA Secretariat.

The purpose of our steering committees/special interest groups are to share ideas and best practice with peers, and where appropriate, to develop programmes and campaigns to present a united front for the industry. Our steering committees/special interest groups have deleoped best practice guides on Exit Management and Contact Centres and have additionally best practice guides being released this year.
